What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, business name, website address, email, the country your business is based in, your main goal or topic, your answers about where your leads come from and how you track them, and your message.
• Campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), so we know which channel, post or email brought you.
• The page you first landed on during your visit, the page you sent the form from, and the domain of the site that linked you to us (for example instagram.com, never the full address).
• Whether you ticked the box to receive occasional emails.

How we use it

• To deliver your Site Score Audit or Lead Flow Audit and reply to your message.
• To send a short series about using your Site Score Audit, or one check-in after your Lead Flow Audit, which you can leave anytime.
• To send occasional emails only if you opted in. Your country tells us which email rules apply to you.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to us. Our email is delivered through Cloudflare and Google. If we later connect a CRM, booking or email tool, we will name it here. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or any other font service. For the length of your visit only, it keeps the campaign tags, the page you landed on and the referring site's domain in your browser's session storage, so they can be sent with a form.
